Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your membership. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund from Merul Flavorsage Consulting Services FZCO.
Eligibility
You can request a full refund within the first 7 calendar days from the date of payment. Any non-refundable application fee, where applicable, is excluded.
Exclusions
Promotional purchases (for example Black Friday or special-offer deals) are not eligible for a refund.
How to request
- Use the refund link in your order confirmation email, or contact support.
- Complete a short survey confirming you wish to discontinue the course.
- Requests must be made within the 7-day window; after that, eligibility ends.
Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your request, returned to your original payment method.
Access after a refund
Access to the refunded course ends once the request is confirmed. Any other accounts, free materials, and previously purchased courses remain available.
