These terms form the complete agreement between you and us regarding the service and replace any earlier understandings. Disputes are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the lessons and materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, or redistribute access.

• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Report any suspected unauthorised use of your account promptly.
• Members under 18 should use the service with parental supervision.

You agree not to:

• infringe intellectual property or share account access;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute course content or videos;
• use the service for spam, illegal activity, or to access data you're not entitled to.

All course videos, recipes, written materials, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Nothing here grants you ownership of that content.

We may update, add to, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. We are not responsible for retaining data on dormant or deactivated accounts.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken. You can stop using the service at any time.
